职位描述：
1、负责公司无人机产品线的需求规划，负责与研发部门对接具体产品的原型设计；
2、带领技术开发团队进行产品开发，完成开发、测试、发布等相关工作；
3、通过内部收集及用户反馈进行产品分析，持续完善和优化产品功能和性能；
4、捕捉行业未来发展趋势，提出产品功能新概念，协助打开产品线
Job Description:
1、Responsible for product line demand planning, work with RD department to design product prototype
2、Lead the technical team to develop products, complete product tests and product release procedure
3、Conduct product analysis through collecting internal and public users feedback, continue to improve the products
4、Capture industry trend and put forward new concepts to expand product line
岗位要求：
1、三年或三年以上产品设计经验；本科以上机器人相关专业优先考虑；
2、较强的项目管理能力，资源协调能力，保证项目达到既定目标；
3、了解产品开发的全过程，能够把控项目进度；
4、有一定的市场意识，协助市场推广、技术支持等过程；
5、流利的中英文。
Job requirement:
1、Three years or above working experience on product design, prefer bachelor degree or above on relative major
2、Strong ability on product management ability and resource coordination, make sure the project goal is reached
3、Understand the product development process and be able to supervise it according to schedule
4、Assist in marketing promotion
5、Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
