岗位目标： ？RBS / RNC是爱立信的核心产品的产品组合。我们正在招聘工程师开发的RBS / RNC配置工具产品在Java支持RBS / RNC的验证和发展。你将负责设计、开发和维护爱立信3G/4G RBS自动化配置测试工具。与不同的网站用户紧密合作，支持他们的日常工作。 岗位责任： ？1.负责设计、开发和维护爱立信的产品自动化测试工具的配置 ？2.参与整个软件开发阶段，包括设计，编码，测试，集成，发布和文档化 ？3.在不同地区的用户提供支持 ？4.提高配置测试工具的功能和质量。 任职资格： 1.在计算机科学和电信相关专业 2.必须有扎实的Java编程技能，至少3年Java编程经验 3.表现在面向对象的设计经验，数据结构与算法设计。 ？4.有网络设备和IP协议的经验为加分项 ？5.有自动化测试和自动化引擎（如TestNG / JUnit）经验者优先 ？6.英语书面及口语流利，能够流利地与不同国家的用户沟通 ？7.较强的独立解决问题的能力 ？8.开放的心态和创新精神 ？9.自我激励，良好的团队合作精神 Objective: · The RBS/RNC is the core products of Ericsson RAN product portfolio. We are hiring engineer to develop the RBS/RNC configuration tool product in JAVA to support RBS/RNC verification and development. You will be responsible for design, develop and maintain automation configuration test tool for Ericsson 3G/4G RBS. And work closely with different sites users and support their daily work. Responsibility: · Be responsible for design, development and maintenance of automation configuration test tool for Ericsson products · Involve in whole software development phases, include design, coding, testing, integration, release and documentation · Provide support to users in different regions · Improve the configuration test tool functionality and quality. Qualifications: · Master in Computer Science or Telecom is required · Solid Java programming skill is must, at least 3 years Java programming experience · Demonstrated experience in OO design, Data structure and Algorithm design. · Experienced in network equipment and IP protocol are a plus · Experienced in automation test and automation engines (such as TestNG/JUnit) is a plus · Fluent in oral written English, be able to fluently communicate with users in different countries · Strong independent trouble shooting skills · Open mind and Innovative spirit · Self-Motivated and good team player 工作地址 北京朝阳区望京
